Dead Lord + Balls Gone Wild

9 Mai @ 19:30 - 23:30

19€ – 24€

The Swedish premium rock outfit DEAD LORD is happy to announce that their highly acclaimed debut album “Goodbye Repentance” is available as a nice 10th anniversary edition via Century Media Records from today on!

DEAD LORD’s vocalist/guitarist Hakim Krim checked in with the following comment:

So a decade went by… And in all cheesyness, it does feel like it was yesterday.  When we, a band only a few months old, flew down to Dublin to make the rock go. 10 days of hard rocking and way too many 5-euro-bloody-mary’s later, our debut album was finished.

Thinking back on it now, it’s amazing to think of how that album led us down a path of tons of great things. All the great people we got to meet. All the cool (and weird) places we got to play. All the terrible hotels we got to endure. Who would’ve thunk?

So let’s celebrate it. Here it is again. Goodbye Repentance. This time remastered by Dan Swanö for that little extra sweetness.  Available on orange vinyl. We also stuffed the digital and CD-release full of live goodies. Some old, some new. Enjoy!“

Swedish hard rockers Dead Lord were clearly born too late.

Formed in 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden, members Hakim Krim (vocals/guitars), Olle Hedenström (guitars), Martin Nordin (bass) and Adam Lindmark (drums) are clearly more at home with 1976 (the year Thin Lizzy’s Jailbreak hit stores) than they are with 2020.

As time machines don’t exist, however, the members are stuck in the present, where they decided to form the hardest working, hardest sounding rock band since The Hellacopters took off with Grande Rock at the turn of the millennium. With four albums to the wind—the band’s newest ‘Surrender’ hits stores worldwide in September 2020—Dead Lord aren’t hoping you’ll join them, they’re demanding you join them. Riff by riff. Hook by hook.

+ Balls Gone Wild
